You probably shouldn't take B6 very often, but I say go for around 150mg for one night, just to see what happens. It's the extended periods of overdosing that you have to watch out for, since the concentration of B6 in your body builds up over time. Like Vertebrate said, the recommended daily amount is only a few milligrams, so even 50mg is a very high amount to be taking daily. |

After a certain amount of b6 is reached/ingested, it will do absolutely nothing, so anything higher than 50mg will do nothing other than be toxic to your body, and thus, do NOT try it. 50mg is actually the max and might be dangerous depending on your age... I would only take 25 at most and do it a few days apart. Not to mention, taking that much will eventually make you resistant to it and then it will work even less <.< |
