I recently bought some sublingual B-6 and have been researching the correct dosage as I obviously don't want anything associated with nerve damage. Anyhow, the bottle says 25MG on the label, but in the "Supplement Facts" it says that each tablet is 17 MG. Now, I was wondering how many mg this actually was. Th company is source naturals if you were wondering. |

Looks like it's this: Source Naturals :: Coenzymated™ B-6 |

Alright thanks for the info. Does anyone know if the other 8mg would be dangerous if I took multiple tablets? Thanks.. |

The first Google result for "B6 overdose" seems reputable and says continuous daily usage of between 50~200mg for more than a month can cause neurological damage and sensory nerve damage. I don't think what you're using would be a problem since you wouldn't be using the B6 every night for months on end. There might be a few threads on DV that could help you out though. |

It's to help with B-6 absorption. Try looking up pyridoxal-5'-phosphate on the net. |
