Post The Absolute BEST lucid aid

      Actually, I might have lied.

This treat will not help you attain lucidity, but I guarantee 100% that you will have, extremely vivid dreams.

What is the special treat you ask?

      simple.

THE BANANA AND PEANUT BUTTER SANDWICH

      Yup, its that simple.

      What you need:
      -One Banana
-Peanut Butter (I prefer "Nutella", because its delicious!)
-One slice of bread (wheat or white, your choice)

      Directions:

      1) Take one banana, and slice that baby up.
I can usually only fit about 5 slices on my bread, but you can stack it high, its your choice.

      2) Smother that slice of bread, in your favorite kind of peanut butter. (The peanut butter has no effect on your Dreams at all... Its just there to tie the flavors together)

      3) Place the banana slices on the bread

      VOILA!
You now have a delicious treat, that will not only fill you up, but it will increase the clarity of your dreams, allowing a greater chance of gaining lucidity.

      The Science
Yes, believe it or not, there is a scientific explanation for such a thing.

The bread, contains vitamin B12, which will increase your brain activity. (Active brain, Active Dreams)

& The banana contains, Vitamin B6, which greatly increases dream recall.

      Closing words

Seriously Dreamers, eat one or two slices of this stuff, 45 mins before you go to sleep (I say 45 mins, because you obviously need time, for the nutrients to enter your system)

      ps.
You may want a tall glass of milk to go with this...

Milk helps tons; my tongue ends up sticking to the roof of my mouth. Anyways I can vouch for this aid's effectiveness, it really works.

Should the sandwich be ingested before bed or during a WBTB?

Alcohol is the best Aid... the science is some sort of magic.

And I think its before you go to bed, unless I misunderstood the last few words.

I wouldn't eat it right before bed (carbs aren't that good for sleeping), but during a longer WBTB it should be fine.

I actually havent tried it with a WBTB.

I try and eat my sandwich within an hour of actually going to sleep.
& yes, carbs arent good for sleep, so dont eat it literally before going to bed.

The vitamins will stay in your system all night, so dont worry about them wearing off.
It shouldnt be necessary to eat one before sleep, & one before a WBTB...

Just try one or the other.

This sounds delicious. Even if you don't get more vivid dreams at least you'll have an awesome sandwich lol

Who knows, maybe it does effect dream recall, although, none of peanut butter's nutrients suggest that.

      who knows?
