      Ever try this?

Does anyone take Alpha Brain? Supposedly it will increase dreaming, which it did for me, but I have not experienced more Lucid Dreaming. Just wondering....

Haven't tried that one, but I have tried Lucid Dreamer from Dreamamins. Incredible stuff. Every single time I take it I have extremely vivid and memorable dreams and, more often than not, Lucids. I swear the stuff takes me to another place. I occasionally take a b6 along with it and have found this to be an excellent addition to the Lucid Dreamer mix. Anyone else tried this supplement?
      I Dreamed a Dream
In it, saw people I've never seen
      Gone places I've never been
And done things I'd do again.

No, I have not tried Alpha Brain. I have taken Galantamined, which has galantamine and choline, just as the above mentioned Lucid dreamer supplement has.

I also use Lucid Dreamer from Dreamamins and find this pretty
much guarantees me a good lucid dream.
The only time it does not work is if i am unable to sleep.

Interesting supplement is "Lucid Dreamer" and "Alpha Brain" I wouldn't mind trying this stuff out.

Just a question, would you recommend it to someone who hasn't had a LD yet?

Supplements can help you to have a LD. But they are only one component. You still need to practice and know what and when and why.

I would recommend to have at least a few attempts before taking the supplement. WILD attempts will show you the sensations and give you a chance to experience them, get used to them. So when you take the supplement, you don't get too excited and you will be able to go through the whole exciting part while staying calm. Otherwise you will just wake up all excited.

For a DILD, you would still need to practice and be ready for a DILD even without a supplement.

If you wanna try, go for it. Just don't be disappointed if you don't get a lucid on first try. The journey to get a lucid can be as exciting and fun as the LD itself. Good luck
