Hi,

I wonder why theres no real thread about MM. Are they too expensive?
Or do they have no effect at all? I recently got a David Delight MM, and will try it
with the WBTB method. Just wonder why theres nearly nothing to find here about MM's.

What is your experience with David Delight MM. Please share it. I also bought Procyon. I really like it. Waiting to hear from you.

Hey there,

Been using the MM nearly every day with the theta meditation program, recently switched to delta. Its just like listening to binaural beats, just with a much stronger
effect. The delta program is normaly meant as a sleeping aid, but people also use it for relaxation or meditaton. Only had similar relaxation in very few of my normal meditation
sessions, but with this MM i can have it just by pressing a button :-)

So for this purpose its really good. Theres one downloadable track for altered mind states, which i havent tried yet, so i cant say how it is for drug like trips or with a WBTB method.
