Mio Water enhancer with vitamin B6

      Hi guys,

I found something that really excited me during a shopping trip today. It is called Mio water enhancer. The product boasts having vitamins B3, B6 and B12 and is added to drinkable water.

Why am I excited about this?
      • Dream recall is improved by drinking water
      • Vitamin B6 has a crazy good synergy with melatonin.

Most of the B6 methods recommend taking a single 50mg pill 4-5 hours after bedtime. In this case, B6 works for a couple dreams, resulting in spontaneous lucidity.

I think that if B6 enhanced water is available, the effect may be spread over the course of the night, each few sips would put more B6 into the body, easily accessible to work with melatonin. Extra B6 is excreted in urine.

The amount of vitamin in a single dose is rather small (10%dv) or about 0.2mg vs 50 mg in a typical tablet. I'll do some experiments and see if this is enough to influence the dream recall.

For those of you who may not be familiar with the Melatonin +B6 combo, it enhances the quality of the dream to be hyper real, and makes dreams longer/deeper.

The single bottle of 24 servings cost me 3.50$. I found the same product online, but it is more expensive.

Aren't you supposed to take vitamin B6 2-4 hours before sleep because it takes at least 6 hours for the pill to dissolve

Sorry, but this is some serious misinformation right there. All HCL based pills dissolve quickly, maybe within 20 minutes. Vitamin B6 is then absorbed into bloodstream starting at 20 minutes, continuing over a couple hours and is then excreted in urine, losing it's lucid dream inducing power in about 3 hours, and affecting sleep for the rest of the night.

I'm still experimenting with Mio, this is a very low level supplement that is active all throughout the night.
