I hypothesize that eating 4 slices of pizza that close to bedtime, when your body naturally tunes down its digestive system for the night somehow kept you more awake than usual. B6 can act as a dream enhancer, but I've never heard about B3. Fish oil only has effect if taken over extended periods of time (because brain is made of fatty tissue and it repairs itself with good fats if you take omega 3 over extended periods of time). Do you remember when your dream took place? How long was it?
