Here are some herbs that can help dream recall and get you to pass right out.

Valerian root, passion flower, wild lettuce. (valerian can be compared to a pain killer sedative)

If you don't need the knock out one this will just be calming have increase vividness.

Mugwort, passion flower, wild lettuce, lotus leaf.
ginkgo biloba tastes pretty bitter but good for memory.

I hear
Calea Zacatechichi is one of the best but I haven't been able to try it seeing as its not at my local herb shop.

Patchouli Leaves

Theres much much more, in fact herbs can do many things

I have tried Calea, but it wasn't as powerfull as I thought. It made me sleep a little bit longer. I assume that is how it make you able to LD, by giving you more sleep, so you're kind of on the edge to being awake. Just a thought, not sure that is how it really works.

Possibly, I tried gingko bilbo the night before last. I didn't lucid but it gave me one of the most vivid dreams ive ever had.
