Wink Needs More Info On Vitamin B5 and B6 and It's Effects.

      Like the title says.

I am running an indonesian blog about lucid dreaming (smarturl.it/LUCID), and i am telling my people, Banana is good for lucid dreaming.

But the thing is, i am going to explain each vitamins and minerals each banana carries, that has something to do with lucid dreaming. And i'm still stuck on the B5 and B6 vitamins.

what i know is B6 improves red blood cells generation (although idk for what?), and B5 changes choline into something..

That's it, i don't have enough information to publish my article.

Can you please describe me, what are those vitamins? and how do they imrpove our dreams? and things about them please?

      Thank you!
      Reynaldi Francois.

Vitamin B5 and B6 are known as dream vitamins because they are a "helper nutrient" to producing acetylcholine. Acetylcholine is a neurotransmitter that the body uses when dreaming. Furthermore, it (seems) that the vitamins also force the kidneys to detox faster meaning there is less interference of toxins with the acetylcholine itself, which means it can work better (producing more vivid dreams). That's what I could find.

      thank you!
but, doesn't that just make B5 and B6 the same? so both B5 and B6 help our body produces acetylcholine? with the same way which is force our kidneys to detox faster?

No, as stated in the source, B6 is the one that detoxes, B5 is what helps produce acetylcholine.

Moved to Lucid Aids . Oh and maybe you can browse the said subforum, you might find some helpful stuff about B5 and B6

Maybe it's a dream and if I scream, it will burst at the seams.

Yeah if anyone has tried actually taking B5 and B6 it'd be nice to hear some experiences with it so that can be included in the blog
