How to use 12,14 Alarm Clock App for DEILD

I just bought the 12,24 Alarm Clock app, and how do I use it exactly for DEILD?

Moved to Lucid Aids I'm not familiar with this app, as I don't use any. But for DEILD to work, you have to wake up from a dream and be trained not to move when you wake up. So I would say, aim for the last portion of each 90 min sleep cycle, when you should be in REM and dreaming. Good luck
