      Wink Subliminal Blaster

      I heard about this program from an another forum, and tried it. To me, it helps to have more vivid dreams.. But I am not completely sure if the effect just was a placebo. Do you have experiences about this program / subliminal messages? Can they really help getting lucidness?

      I downloaded it also, and it really is a good subliminal program, although you will need to make up your own list for Lucid Dreaming as there is not one included.

      Not sure how well any kind of subliminal messages work in becoming lucid, but this program is one of the best subliminal screen flashing programs I've seen.

      Thanks for posting the link!

      I tried the program yesterday again. I made it to flash the message "I will meet my friend tonight". Well, in the night I had a dream where I was looking at couple of photos of my friend. I didn't really meet him but anyways, the program may really work.

      Oh, and I remember when I first time used the program, the next night I had a lucid. I somehow managed to make a RC in the dream..

      I've been using it, but not very consistantly... It hasn't helped me, but like I say, I don't use it every day.

      This is a very good discussion with useful information, The effect of subliminal messages on your subconcious is very powerful. It frustrates me how the people on this forum simply overlook anything that's helpful to them yet whine about their lack of lucid dreams.
