      lucid dream minimum sleep requirement?

      Hi
I sleep 5-6hours per night and dont sleep in day
I had just a few and short LDs from the start
Is this cause of sleep duration?
Should I sleep in day as well?
      Edit:
Sry I posted it in a wrong place

Yes, sleeping a few more hours can increase your lucid changes by a noticeable degree. This is because in the later hours of sleep your REM duration increases, giving you more chances of getting lucid due more dream time.

If possible, you should increase your sleep during the night, or if you're unable to do that, just take a nap or two during the day: they often represent great opportunities to WILD.
