      Blue green algae

      Hi everyone,
Haven't been on in a while but I'd like to tell you about a supplement I have come across and it's great for getting vibrations going before sleep, which in turn makes it easier to OOB or WILD. As the title states its called blue green algae, you can get it at any holland and barrett store or via the net. It's known as "super food for the brain" and also cleans up the pineal gland which increases awareness and aids in WILD and OOB. I purchased these little gems a while ago and they really do make your awareness so much higher and make it easier to achieve the above. They contain chlorophyll, which is to us melatonin. It's all natural and safe. Please look up on the net about these supplements and you'll understand a bit more about them and how they work. They are excellent!!!!!!

      Hello again angie!

That sounds very interesting.. you should let us know how it works over time. The reason I say that, is I found that 5-HTP (also a precursor to melatonin), worked great at first. Then I guess my body got used to it and the effects leveled out, then dropped. But if the blue green algae works pretty consistently over time, I'd love to know!

      Hi ophelia,
The first time I had it I thought "I'll try it but prob won't do much" so I took 1 in the morn, 1 with my dinner and 1 when I went to bed and after lying there for about 10 mis I got the vibrations come and just lay there while they sweeped through me for about an hour, it was so relaxing. These vibrations came every night while taking them. I then ran out and thought I'd see what it's like without them and each night I went to bed and lay there waiting and counting and nothing, not even 1 little vibration. I kept off them for about 3 weeks and nothing, just the ones that naturally happen to me during my sleep. So I decide I'll get another bottle thinking again, after that long of no vibes they prob have gone and won't come back now. Again I took my 3 a day and each night since I get vibes again after about 10 minutes of lying there counting. When I run out I shall go without again for 2 weeks and see if they stop again. Thanks for replying anyway mate, sweet dreams

Really interesting, I'm tempted to try it myself! I wonder if others have experience with this?

Spirulina is a blue-green algae used as a supplement, I have a bottle of the powder on my shelf so I just googled spirulina +dreams and found this:

Does spirulina seem to make any body else's dreams seem clearer and more vivid?
I take spirulina on and off throughout the week and when I take it, I always remember my dreams in detail and they always seem so clear. I googled this effect but couldn't fond anything. Has anybody ever experienced anything like this after taking spirulina?
I'll have to give it a go
