Heya Koliko. To start things off, I dont recommend relying on supplements for LDing, and I think most people here would agree. Supplements are great to experiment with every now and then after you already have the basic skills for lucidity, but using them first starting out will only result in slowing you down in teh long run, and possibly a dependency on these supplements in order to have lucids at all.
You're on a pretty good start already though! =] Some people spend 5 months just trying to have their first LD.
I'll sum up a three of the best things you can do as a beginner:
1.) Have a steady/consistent sleep schedule. Go to bed within 30minutes of the same time every night, and wake up within 30 minutes of the same time every morning.
2.) Keep a dream journal. Even if you don't remember anything, write in the journal that you didn;t remember anything. It may be tedious at first, but you'll see the results in dream recall sooner or later. (After all, dream recall is arguably the most important aspect of lucidity. You can have 6 lucid dreams everynight, but if you don't remember them what good were they? )
3.) Be consistent! Chose a technique or two and try it for a while. Dont give up cause it didn't work after the first couple weeks.(Tutorials)
I wouldn't recommend you focusing on the WILD technique entirely, but it sounds like you might have a natural talent for it, since you say you fell asleep consciously into dream already.
Edit: Sorry, I don't use any audio aids by the way, so I kinda skipped over your main couple of questions. ^^; If you're dead set on using supplements, I recommend taking the B6 when yuo WBTB for studying, probably half-way through the studying. That way its just starting to kick in when you go back to sleep. (Usually takes 30-45 minutes for it to be absorbed). If you take it too early, its possible itll kick in and energize you a little too much to fall back asleep.
