Ok I don't know if this has been said already on here before, but I just thought I'd put up a quick post for a cheap, very effective aid I've found for Lucid Dreaming.
It's Tuna! Ive been having 1-2 Lucid's a night lately but the night before last I had a small tin of Tuna a couple of hours before going to sleep, I haven't had it in a while.
That night I had 4 Lucid Dreams and I only really tried for the first 2!
The other 2 I had lying on my side which is very rare for me.
Last night I thought, it could have been the Tuna, I'll try again, so eat a small tin of Tuna a couple of hours before I went to sleep and..... 3 Lucid's and a couple of semi Lucid's.
Last night though I barely even tried to Lucid! I just let myself fall asleep very quickly, not trying WBTB or to WILD or MILD, all I did was clear my mind and fell asleep.

So try eating some Tuna before bed and see if it works.
Oh I also had many vivid Non Lucid Dreams also on both nights, so if really trying to Lucid could probably of had even more!
