      B12 or B6?

I was wondering which one is more efficient. Are they the same vitamin, because they're both "B"? I would like to know what the difference between the two are and how I head that B6 is better. Just a few questions, because I have B12 pills at my house and I was wondering if I could just use those or should I get the more efficient B6. Thanks

I use b6 on occasion and can testify to its properties regarding Lucid Dreaming. It seems to make Dreams more vivid and memorable. I once had six Lucids in one night while taking b6 and lecithin. This was undoubtedly helped by the fact that I've been training in Lucid Dreaming for a few years, but I have no doubt the b6 played its part.

I also take b6 with my Galantamine/choline combo pills and have had very successful attempts. The pill is called Lucid Dreamer and you can find it on Dreamamins.com

Hope this was helpful in some way.
      I Dreamed a Dream
In it, saw people I've never seen
      Gone places I've never been
And done things I'd do again.

Hmm, thanks for the info. You mentioned Lecithin; can you inform me about that vitamin? haha. Never heard of it before.
