      How soon before going to bed should you take lucid pills?

      My pill combination is B6 and Melatonin. So whn should I take them right before bed or a few hours before?
      Dream Goals: Become Lucid( ) Have sex(x) Have a disscussion with Solomon( ) Fly (x) Visit Shangra-la ( ) Gun fights ( ) View many Biblical stories ( )
      Complete a lucid task( )

      Here's my vitamin schedule:
      Noon- B6 , B12
      Before Bed- Melatonin
      WBTB- 5-HTP
