when do you drink these? right before bed? |

I posted a thread from god knows when ago about a drink I found, Marley's Mellow Mood. This does work, but I found another drink that work's even better, as well as helps you get to sleep on those nights you can't get any rest. The name of the drink is within a brand called Neuro, and the drink I am talking about is called NeuroSleep. The drink has an active ingredient called Melatonin. It has a decent amount, mixed with a few ingredients, to be totaled up to 57 milligrams. After doing some research, I read that it causes extreme vividness, and helps get a great night of sleep. This is 100% legal, and you can be any age to buy it. I live in the United States, particularly Virginia, and it is very hard to find. It is normally a west coast thing, but I managed to find some while visiting in South Carolina. I know you can buy it in most European countries, but none specifically. They may be a bit price, which I think they are normally around $2.50 a bottle, but in my opinion, they are well worth it. |

I would normally drink it 15-30 minutes before, as it will put you to sleep, sort of how NyQuil works, but without the medicine. |

I am guessing you can also buy melatonin from the pharmacy too. It might be cheaper in the long run. |

The long worn out traveler was just now crossing the invisible film of clarity.
He found instantly that the lights were brighter and the grass really was greener.
so this marley's mellow mood drink, where do you find it, is it expensive? anything that helps relaxation at night will be good for me. |

Marley's Mellow mood, in America, it can be somewhat difficult to find. I find it in some gas stations, and HUGE grocery stores such as Wegmans. Amazon sells it, but the shipping charges suck. It comes in 2 forms, a can, and a glass bottle. For both, it is $1.69. I have a separate thread about this found here: http://www.dreamviews.com/general-dr...bly-lucid.html |

yeah my friend use to talk about Mellow Mood, hopefully its still at our gas station cause I definitely wanna try it now! |

It actually tastes pretty good, all the flavors. It may be $2 at a gas station, but that's only a 30 cent difference. |
