A drink that makes dreams more vivid, and possibly lucid?

I found a drink out there called Marley's Mellow Mood. Last night, I drank some right before I went to bed, and my dream was perfectly vivid. This is not an advertisement, and I am not being paid for any of this. There are a whole bunch of different ingredients that relax your body, and will more than likely put you too sleep. I would like to warn you that THIS IS NOT A SLEEP AID, it is just a natural tea. I recommend the Black Tea flavor, or the Berry flavor, which is more of a carbonated drink. It is a little bit hard to find, but it is cheap where you find it, around $1.69 (He He, 69 ), but it is much worth it. On their website, they have the list of stores. It is incredible what it does, and your dreams will be more vivid than ever. I would just like to remind people that this is not an advertisement.

Not for lucidity, but it my dream was the most vivid it has ever been after having some, and the dream lasted a good 45 minutes it felt like.

As for the Mellow Mood it is very effective at inducing sleepiness, though each can comes with a drowsiness warning and mentions people should not consume more than one can per day.

The Berry flavor is quite tasty and seems to be easy to find at stores.

The effectiveness on lucidity will vary from person to person. I can merely suggest not drinking this if you know you will be driving within four hours.
