Best lucid induction beverages/food?

There may already be a thread/s about this but I thought I might make a new one anyway.

I'd like to know what people think is the best (easily accessible) food or beverage to induce lucid, or even just normal vivid dreams?

Just put below what works best for you and how long you should take it before sleep

P.S. So far I have tried apple juice and peppermint tea, and the juice worked better

There may be all sorts of herbs, and foods that aid dreaming.
I have found that taking some food that I have never, or rarely tried before works best.
Anything that slightly upsets the balance in your body chemistry works well. For me anyway
