Galantamine + Choline /w WBTB - Some Questions

Hey, I purchased Galantamine and Choline about 10 days ago, they arrived 3 days ago. I tried them the night they arrived, I woke up 4.5 hours after I got in to bed, took the galntamine and choline, did a bit of stretching and stayed up another 3 minutes going over my intentions and started the WILD. It failed, I felt the SP after 10 min but then it stoped, tried to relax again then I fell asleep I don't know how long after... I'm gonna take 8 mg Galanatamine and 700 mg Choline(2 capsules of 350 mg) tonight and I have a question regarding the method of induction: I want to try WILD again but I don't know when to fall asleep again after taking the supplements. I know That Galantamine kicks in after one hour or so, so I need to balance the difficulty to fall asleep(physically)(that grows as I prolong the WBTB) and the difficulty staying conscious(that shrinks as I prolong the WBTB) with the timing of the supplements.. I hope it make sense to you guys. So how long should I stay up before starting the WILD? and do I take the supplements the moment I wake up or should I wait?
      Thanks

You don't have to do WILD with galantamine and choline. You can also just do WBTB. Galantamine will give you vivid normal dreams with excellent dream recall. It is up to you to recognize your dreamsigns and become lucid with that approach.

It's probably better to experiment with both WILD and WBTB. Or you could attempt a WILD, and if you fall asleep that's okay too.

Last night I tried the wild technique, didn't work...
Went to bed at 23:00 got up at 03:30 took the pills, stayed up for an half hour and started the wild. I relaxed my body but my mind wouldn't fall asleep, my mind was to alert. I layed there for like an hour I think but nothing happend. At this point I was too frustrated to keep trying and just wanted to go back to sleep so I won't be too tired in the morning. I don't know what to do! Nothing works for me. Am I doing something wrong?
I think maybe in three nights from today I'll try somthing different, I'll wake up after 4.5 hours, take the pills and go right back to sleep, then I'll wake up to an alarm clock 45 min after taking the pills, shut it down and go back to sleep with the intention of staying coconscious until the dream start. What do you say?

The best nights to do this are Friday and Saturday. Then you can probably sleep in, and there is no pressure concerning how long it takes you to WILD or how long it takes you to get back to sleep. Let it take as long as it takes. Don't fight it.
