Im still experimenting with Galantamine. So far it has been very effective. Make sure you take it with Choline as the two work together. |

So I had been reading about B6 and wanted to try it, so I bought some. Bought it at CVS, 100mg per pill. Took 1 pill for two nights and didn't notice anything. Took 2 pills the second night and didn't feel anything either. Took one pill at bedtime on the fourth night, then another when I woke up around 4:30am. Oh wait, I forgot to mention that every single night that I took the B6, I would wake up about 4-5 hours later. Every single night. And I couldn't fall back to sleep either. |

I bought a multi-vitaminic complex about a week and a half ago because my recall was getting worse for apparently no reason. I mean, I was getting good sleep at night and everything, but I woke up with really bad recall. |

By the way, I forgot to mention it. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe vitamin B6 works together with tryptophan, meaning they need one another for proper functioning. Maybe the problem could be your protein intake, given you are taking more than enough B6 with the supplement :O |
