      Vitamin b5 and Choline

      Has anyone tried combining these two at wbtb or before sleep? The combination produces acethylcholine.

      I've tried this combination on a number of occasions, and I believe there is an effect, but it is quite subtle - at least for me. But for someone deficient in acetylcholine the effect ought to be rather clear. I've only ever used this at WBTB time.
      So ... is this the real universe, or is it just a preliminary study?

      Ok. When you say subtle, what do you mean? Slight increase in lucids?

      More vividness, better recall. Possibly increased probability of lucidity. Choline is, for me, the most important ingredient of the two.
      So ... is this the real universe, or is it just a preliminary study?
