      "Dream inducer - 5 Dream Inducing Binaural Programs" app for ipod touch ?

      ok, so I got this app for the ipod touch.
      I was wondering how to use it? does anyone else on here have it?
      do I fall asleep with headphones in....what do I put for the settings???
      I get into a good rem state after about 5 hours
      can someone help me with this? haha

      I have this app. It never did induce lucidity, but it did jack the hell out of my dreams. The way you use it is to select one of the five programs, delta, theta, alpha, beta, or lucid. You select a background ambient noise and then choose the volume levels for the background and the brainwave. Select a time and then press the button. I use the lucid program and set the time to two hours. The default is one hour, but it takes a long time for me to fall asleep. I believe you're supposed to fall asleep during the program but I rarely do. I normally listen for about 30 minutes and then turn it off and go to sleep.

      what did you set yours too? And I'm sort of confused because are you just supposed to keep the iPod pn all night I'd you fall asleep with it on ?

      Now, I dont have this app, but I use the app called "Ambience" which has plenty of binuaral beats to choose from.

      As for the beta, alpha, theta, those are just different frequencies, that stimulate the same brain-waves.
      Just pick one you like, listen to it for like 30 mins whilst laying in bed (I like to have it playing over my music on my ipod, its very unnoticable, but still there)

      Anyways, listen to that for like 30 mins, then just go to sleep.
      Your brain should be quite stimulated from the strange frequencies, and it will be like "WTF are these sounds?"
      and cause it to be a bit more active, hence... vivid dreams.

      I might get ambience too - so in just supposed to fall asleep listening to it? Then if I wake up randoly I turn my iPod off? I think when I go to bed I'm going to set it to "lucid" (instead of beta,theta ect) for an hour so I fall asleep while it's on then it's on for a bit when I'm asleep. Does thre app you use work for you?

      I'm not sure if you are supposed to fall asleep using the app or meditate for the appropriate amount of time before bed. I usually can never fall asleep while listening, but it does induce hypnagogic imagery and when that happens, I usually turn it off and go to sleep. I use the lucid program, set it for 2 hours (If I'm trying to fall asleep to it), use the rain or the pink noise ambient sound with 90% volume, and the brainwave at about 50% volume

      when you get the HH are you not moving or trying to wild. Last night i listened to it but I didn't see a difference I briefly remembered two dreams....but I found a wonderful app (just a dollar) and is called "sleep cycles" I think. (it's orange) Nyway it records what stage of sleep you are in and whAt time you are in it by tracking your movement and it wakes you up in your lightest sleep phase in the morning so you are relaxed. I'm tryin it tonight so I can be sure when my rem cycle is so I can try wilds then sorry I'm babbling but you really need to check that app out!!
