I have found out that melatonin(good for lucid dreaming for those who don't know) is one of the chemicals that delays puberty so to all those who are between 10 and 15 (big margin just in case) I would beware of it and try and achieve lucids the normal way (by yourself).
I found this out because apparently watching TV speeds up puberty and the start of it, because it helps lower the melatonin levels. There was some article on it. We did quite a bit about it in school.
Apparently over the globe, in the USA especially, those who watch about 2-3-4 ish hrs of TV a day have experienced ej********ns at 8.
Just a warning, and no I didn't know all this before, but as I was doing a topic I researched it deeper.
