      By eating 3 slices of provologne, I had an adventure dream. Very vidid. Not lucid, although vivid.

      yeh .. im definetly eating cheese tonight O0o0oh and one tip!!!! to those who lack of sleep. : either u eat sweet stuff before going to bed >>(desert)<<< "icecream ring a word? it cuts down on your sleep..

      i have recently realized i wasnt dreaming.. i have analized using some research, that too much ice tea before bed cuts off sleep due to the fact that it contains caffein LOL i though i was going nuts insane when i couldnt sleep at all... i realized i was too hooked on the dang ice tea the whole darn time! errr
