I take 1 cap of 200mg of B6 around 2-3 AM and have seen great spikes in my lucidity nights when training. I swear by the stuff. You'll read online on how much is too much, so far I'm sticking with the 200mg should be max allowed.

Well luckily I only took them during lucid training or research time. I wouldnt do it daily. Lets hope I dont croak, LOL ;-(

Vitamin B6 is usually safe, at intakes up to 200 mg per day in adults.7 However, neurological side effects can sometimes occur at that level.8 Levels higher than 200 mg are more likely to cause such problems. Vitamin B6 toxicity can damage sensory nerves, leading to numbness in the hands and feet as well as difficulty walking. The National Academy of Sciences performed an analysis of vitamin B6 studies. They determined the safe upper limit for long-term use is 100 mg per day. However, under supervision of a healthcare professional, up to 200 mg per day of vitamin B6 can be safely taken by most men and nonpregnant women for limited periods of time. Pregnant and breast-feeding women should not take more than 100 mg of vitamin B6 per day without a doctor’s supervision.

Since vitamin B6 increases the bioavailability of magnesium, these nutrients are sometimes taken together.

      Are there any drug interactions?
Certain medicines may interact with vitamin B6. Refer to drug interactions for a list of those medicines.

Yeah I didnt realise you had to take over 200mg for this to happen, in that case 50-100mg should be safe. Anyone know where you can get it, tesco and Asda seem to shy away from B6 and only have multi vitamine

200mg a day is safe but anything over that can cause side effects. U can buy 100 100mg b6 tablets at Holland + Barrett at a reasonable price cause thats where i buy them.

I think 100mg would be enough. Im not sure why the bottle I picked had 200mg. I'd probably go back down to 100mg next bottle. It should be plenty. If you really want to get you mind "sparking" take it later in the morning when the ol brain will be more active in the later REM periods. I usually take them about 2-3AM.
