      So I went out today and got b50(contain's all the b vitamins) and 5 htp!
      5hpt is expencive though... will see if it works!

      I have survived...
      that stuff works really well.
      I had some really vivid dreams last night... at one point i could rememer four of them but i didn't write them down fast enough so now i can only remembr two!

      I took them about 45 minutes before I went to bed with a banana.
