      Ibva

Does anyone have one of these? Do you use it to detect REM at night? Do you have the PC version or the MAC version? Is it worth the ~1600 or so dollars? If you don't know what this it here is the link http://www.ibva.co.uk/techspec.htm

$1600? I can't imagine a single LD device worth that much money!

It's a personal EEG machine. It acurately measures Alpha, Beta, Theta and Delta Waves in Real Time.

I admit I'd love to have an EEG just for my own personal experimental purposes. But it would have to be way cheaper. This thing: http://www.myzeo.com has potential. Although I'm not sure how accurate it is as an EEG. I think you get readings every 5 minutes standard, and every 30 seconds if you use some software thing.
