Get off the tylenol pm ASAP. Not only is daily tylenol bad for you, but the sleep aid is diphenydramine, aka benadryl, its terrible to take on a daily basis, causes many side effects. Try jogging a mile or two each day, or get a stationary bike, you will sleep like a baby. As for melatonin, I personally don't recommend it since excess amounts is associated with mental disorders and depression, and there is not enough research to support its safety, though its been proven very non-toxic, there is tons of other factors to consider when tweaking with a hormone than toxicity. If you do try melatonin I recommend not taking more than 1 mg. |
