      Found a tablet. Do u think it will help?

      So my mum doesn't like the i dear of galatamine so she got me a tablet the ingredeants are:

      Thiamine hydrochloride (B1), Riboflavin (B2), Nicotinamide, nicotinic acid (B3), calcium pantothenate, pyridoxine hydrochloride (B6), Folic acid, Cyanocobalamin (B12), Ascorbic acid, dl-alpha tocopheryl acetate, Retinly palmitate, Betacarotene, cholecalciferol

      Taurine, choline bitartrate, Glutamine, Lysine hydrochloride, Lecthin, Inositol, Ribonucliec acid, aminobenzoic acid, betine hydrochloride, biotin

      Zinc, potassium, calcium, magnesium, potassium, lithium, molybdenum, cobalt, iodine, rubidium, copper, chromium

      Sorry that the list is long i shortened some things, but if u bothered to read can u tell me do u think it wil help alot? thanks in advance

      I'm sorry but I'm confused. Your mom doesn't like the idea of galantamine so she got you a "tablet" with all these different ingredients in it. What is this tablet called and what does it claim to be for?

      So she got you a B-complex pill w/ some additional mineral support.

      No, I don't think this is going to help.

      If you can't get something effective like galantamine, focus more time and energy on natural techniques, and don't worry about how to use B-complex to make you lucid.

      If your mum will only let you take things that she's familiar with (available in your local health store), there's still plenty to choose from, such as EGCG (green tea extract) or amino acid blends. I recently became lucid using 4000mg L-Glutamine and 200mg L-Theanine. One is supposed to include L-aspartic acid as well, but I find that it gives me nightmares.
