Would this kind of recording work?

Say I recorded something like, a 15 minute silnce and then suddenly my own voice saying ''this is a dream'' ''look around you this is not reality'' or stuff like that, would it get through to me in a dream?

I'm not sure but it's worth a try. Make sure it is long enough for you to fall asleep.

Yeah ^ And personally I would add some relaxing music to go with it.

There are two of those in the sticky at the top of this forum. They've worked for other people so I'm sure that it may work for you.

      Yes, it works.

Once your in REM that is. You just need to test how high to play the sound for you to hear it in the dream. It maybe hard to just guess when your in REM, but you can try. Nova Speaker (brother to novadreamer) turns on what you pre-record once you hit REM. Only thing is, you can't get them anymore.

      Good luck
