Take a look at mine if you need help with what to type.

But mainly, all you need to do is type/write down your dreams, nothing else, everything else just makes it look pretty.

what do you do besides listening to the files? Really those only work if you listen to them when going to sleep after WBTB.

as for recall, are you keeping a DJ? those are key. really important, even if you think you can remember the dream without writing it down.

there are also foods that can help you to have dreams vivid enough to remember them more easily, such as chocolate, bananas, and eggs.

You can also trick yourself into thinking your in a lucid dream. When falling asleep with that, it makes you more lucky!

      What's WBTB?
I just put them on and...listen. Because that's all the file says to do is just listen. I stopped listening and that's how I got the first two dreams in my DJ. I can't remember anything from last night though. I just passed out.

Which file are you using? There are some for subliminal messages while awake and some for EILD to be used during sleep.

Also, there is a Recall audio file too, if you need help with that. If you still don't get anything then after you wake up lay in bed perfectly still with your eyes closed for a few minutes and your dreams should come back to you as your mind prepares to dream again.

Yeah, I need help with recall

sorry it took so long to reply. Was out of gone all week anyway

I copy and pasted this from Billybob's tutorial

      WBTB

      Definition:
      Wake
      Back
      To
      Bed

A WBTB is when you wake up after 5-6 hours of sleep, then stay up for a short period of time thinking about lucid dreaming, then go back to bed.

This is a very powerful method for inducing DILDs. Wake up five hours after going to sleep, then stay up for 15 minutes, then go back to bed. During those 15 minutes critically look at your environment nonstop, always reality checking when you see something odd or out of place.
Try to find as many things to reality check over as is possible during these 15 minutes, then go to bed and quickly rehearse what your going to be doing in the next 5 minutes when you enter your dream.

it would be better for you to listen to the files during wbtb because you can go right back into REM. I dont think that listening to the files would do much good if you havent even gotten sleep yet.

Could someone like myself, who has never had a lucid dream that wasn't brought on naturally, do a WBTB without doing any of the other techniques?
