      Caroteen

I have been reading a Japanese lucid dreaming forum, and apparently carrots containing carotene, could have a link to acetylcholine levels in the brain.

There has been alot of debate on this forum, and over 90% is positive results,
So i am offering a test, on the forum they say you have to eat carrots as a last meal in the day for it to have an effect, but it is best to eat them right before you go to sleep for best results.

But carotene, seems to have real results, in improving vividness of dreams, and recall, i only just found this out today so give it a try, it should work, if not it will help your eyes so its win win

      Goodluck!
