It is interesting to find out that a lot of these supplements to induce a lucid dream are the same supplements that I take for hypertrophy / bodybuilding purposes. Even before I became interested in lucid dreaming I was taking L-glutamine, L-arginine, and creatine for muscle recovery after lifting weights in the gym. Thus obviously you should incorporate a bodybuilders' diet in your lucid dreaming regime. I am on a high protein and low carb diet. I try to eat 4 meals a day. Starting with my biggest meal at breakfast and go lighter during the day. Start with eggs and ham omelet, bagel and orange juice for breakfast. For lunch chicken, rice, and vegetables. Dinner same as lunch. Before bed a sandwich or eggs and toast. And before bed take your lucid aid supplements like L-arginine, DHEA, 5HTP. Wake up four hours later and take galantamine, choline with some water and go back to bed. Even if I don't lucid I still get a healthy muscular body. In addition you will also find that a lot of the whey protein products out there contain many of these supplements already added such as L-tryptophan and L-arginine. I also discovered that dark chocolate with 70% cocoa or caffeine will help me remember my dreams better if you are having problems remembering them. But this is what works for me I don't think it's universal.
