ive downloaded subliminal flash and ive got it up and running, do you know how long it will take until i get a lucid dream because of it?

well slash i had a very very clear long dream the night i used it..
but you have to believe it will work or i guess it wont?
(BTW the dream i had wasn't lucid because i dont do reality chex enough)

oh rite, well what message did you put on it? did you not put something like "i will do a reality check" or " i will realise i am dreaming" or something, so that you did do a RC

LOL i just deleted the program and now I realize i didint put "i will do a reality check" all i put was i will have a clear lucid dream "i will realize im dreaming" " i will not wake up from excitement" etc..

Go on www.youtube.com key in subject box and put in SELFEGGIO TONES... these tuning fork sounds are extinct by the vatican because it woke up your states of mind that have been sleeping...try google on the subject... listen to them all on all frequencies, starting with the lowest frequency first, and then go to sleep. Your dream state will be sososososososo different! It will increase your dreams and the possibilities to lucid dream increase!
