      Perfect audios for induction

I have recorded a coule lucid induction audio tracks. I have simply talked in them, saying inductive things.

Now I want to create a very good set of lucid audio tracks. I want to create four tracks:
Morning track - After waking up
Day track - For the whole day
      Late track - Before bedtime
      WBTB Track - During WBTB

Each would be about 15min long. These are the things that I am gonna include:

      1. Talking
      Just talking inductive etc. things.
      2. Music
Some music that makes my mind more reseptive (right word?)
      3. Subliminal messages
These are the hard part. I donīt know how should I make this
      4. Background noise
Maybe just more of my talking, but more simple. Just one phrase (right word?) that I repeat over and over again with a very low volume on the background.

      So, here are my Qs.

How can I make subliminal messages?
      What music should I use?
Should I include something in addition to those four?

Well, for the music, it should be binural music.

For all the other questions, I am not sure.

Do you think it would work if the left headphone would have a voice saying you are awake, you are awake, while the right headphone says you are asleep, you are asleep... and so on.

This is semi-off topic, but are there any comfy headphones for use during sleep?

I recommend using a females voice in the recordings. Female voices are just so much more soothing.

yeah im interested about the question too.

the small ones always drop during sleep and if I wear big headphones I can't freaking turn

Ok, for music I would stay away from the binural beats and use ambiance instead. River flowing, rain, ect...

For the subliminal messages, write up what you want to say. Write it in order:
      1 (first thing)
      2 (second thing)
      .
      .
      .
      Last thing.

      Record it in order of

      Last thing
      .
      .
      .
      2
      1

Reverse it, use Audacity. It is free, and you cna layer all the other tracks on with it. And I do not recomend the 'Talking' section for anything but the WBTBs. But keep the subliminal and Background tracks.

Other than that, you look good.
