      When to use binaural beats

I got the Hemi sync i read through the stuff and didn't come across of whens a good time to use it.

      http://www.new-mind.com/HemiSyncLuci...iddreaming.htm

I tried during afternoon when i sometimes take a nap but nothing.

Trying at the moment at night - I get weird patterns and some flashing images but no results after about 4 uses.

I also do it specific times like 11.30pm i start when it fails i just go to bed, one night i got really clear strong dreams but no lucid and another time i got a false awakening of how i woke up from a dream and though trying to go to sleep again to get a lucid dream - problem was - i was in a dream while thinking that and when i really woke i was annoyed.

Anyway i am waking up on purpose at 6.45 because am usually dreaming then and tried thinking about lucid dreams and doing reality checks but i figure after 4 days of trying i would ask if anyone would give me some advice on when to use the binaural beats.

I don't know much about Binural beats, but I've heard them used with a WILD. To increase chances.

If anyone who uses binural beats has any suggestions... I'm sure they would be appreciated.
      Bollocks.

I've been experiencing quite a bit with binaural beats when I was trying to get an Out-of-body-experience.

there are of course different types of binaural beats, so to induce a lucid dream you would naturally want to get hold of something actually designed for that use.

basically the B-beats for LD's would be best used in the middle of the night while going to sleep while listening to them.
Some of them supposedly makes your REM-sleep less deep and so could make you be more aware in your dreams. Some B-beats are covered with the sound of a person telling you to "remember you are dreaming" and "I will make a reality test."

You can also use Binaural Beats to induce "Mind awake/body asleep" going to sleep-paralysis easily - so it could be used to get a WILD easier i suppose.

last week I had my first LD; I listened to some LD-Binaural beats 4 nights and the 2 first nights i had some very vivid weird Out of body dreams, the 3. nothing special and then the 4. after haven given up and taken of the headphones a LD dream after having waken up after a dream and going back consciuosly. So it seems like SOMETHING is making things easier for the lucid dreamer while or after listening to the buzzing sounds of a binaural beat.

Well this b-beat basically keeps you conscious but it mentioned the Hypnagogic state which i did some research and appears to happened before you fall asleep.

And on 4th try i did experience some tetris looking objects which are mentioned on the wikipedia website.

The audio starts off by telling you to relax the body and keep the mind awake - its verbally guided and after 30min it starts to repeats phrases like "your dreaming" but after 1hr 30min it purposely wakes you up.
