      Just got my Rem-Dreamer!

I'm very excited about my Rem-Dreamer. I hope to give it a try tonight and I'll let you know how it goes!

Ok, nothing too exciting to report on the first night. I got too excited and after almost 3 hours in bed, I couldn't sleep!

I decided to take off the mask to get some sleep.

I woke up spontaneously at 6am. Given that I still had an hour and a half of sleep, I decided to have another go with the mask.

The mask alarm woke me up twice. The funny thing is that I do recall seeing a light in my sleep, and I remember wondering if it was the mask, but given that I saw the light only once (rather than several flashes), I did not become lucid!

I actually suspect that I wasn't quite dreaming yet when the mask woke me up, as I couldn't recall exactly what I was dreaming. I think I was still in the sleep paralysis state, and the dream hadn't formed yet.

I'll carry on reporting my experiences...

      Sounds like it will work
First few nights will probably be hard, yes because of excitement.
I was like that when i used to attempt rhythem napping but i eventually got used to it.
      good luck.

I too recently got a Rem-Dreamer, Biggest advice i can give you, Make sure you can remember 2 dreams a night before you really try useing it, If you cant remember the dreams then its less likely you will become lucid.
