      There are a bunch of claims that green tea and certain extracts help with dreaming. EGCG is sort of like galantamine in how it works with acetylcholine, so it is probably more than just a placebo.

      I've heard it helps to some extent, but I'm not sure how much it can really increase recall/vividness.

      I prefer normal heated tea over that, but im sure it does as long is it relaxes you somehow, or it somehow stimulates the brain in some form which im very unsure of.
