I always eat Peanut Butter at nighttime, well, almost every night, but every night I can remember my dreams, so maybe some correlation. Also, I always wanted to try the lucid supplements, but people always say it could have damaging effects on the bodys nervous system and that such, and its not worth it when I can try to just learn it naturally without aides with no risk of damaging my body. If someone were to give the safe amounts and how often to take it that will give a greater chance of lucidity, then I would attempt it |
