Last night I looked up good sources of B6, and ate as much as I could about an hour before bed. I ate two bananas, a serving of turkey, and an apple (apparently apple juice helps too, although I don't think it's from B6). Nothing. Not even my usual amount of recall.

Is there any food that contains enough B6 to make a major difference without eating a ridiculous amount? (I'm 17 and male, so... my "ridiculous amount" line is quite a ways off...) Or am I pretty much stuck with buying a supplement if I want any kind of benefit from B6?
