      Omega -3

I tried it the other night, mixing a ton of flax seed in with milk just before bed.

The result? Not only did I have no lucids that night (rare for me), but my dreams were less vivid, and my recall was worse than usual! I think this was probably a fluke, since I'm already in the middle of a pseudo dry spell, so I'll have to try it for maybe a week or so consistently to know for sure if it helps.

Anyone else try it? How did it go?

I take an Omega 3-6-9 complex every day (once in the morning and once before bed), but I haven't experienced any noticeable difference in dream recall or vividness one way or the other.

Usually if a vitamin stops you from lucid dreaming, you don't try and use to start one.

My father, who is 46, started taking omega-3 and started having spontaneous lucid dreams. He wasn't aware what it was until I told him about it. He said he would realize he is dreaming but casually watch the outcome without interfering. He would become lucid a few times a week. However just as he stopped taking omega-3, no more lucids. Went back on them and started right up again. Note: he never had lucid dreams before in his life. I'm 17 and wanted to see if it worked for me by taking omega-3, but no luck. My father also only gets about 4 hours of sleep and talks about how he is in a half sleep most of the time.

      Hope this helps

lol. Well, it's cool, I got lucids to spare, and I can't be sure it was the Omega that caused the lucids to go away that night.

Lately in general I've had terrible recall, so my lucids have been suffering in quality as a result.

I've been taking a spoon about a hour before bed, and my recall and vividness has incresed. Since i doesnt eat fish, i have to take it, but i've forgoten it for a while, and the results was like rowing throught sirup. So for me, it really helps. Try again when your dryspell is over, and tell us the results.
