just bought some vitamin B-6?

So I was just at hy vee and I bought some 100mg vitamin B6. I've read it was good to cause vivid dreams I know I shouldn't take it everyday, but what days would it be okay to take it? should I cut it in half, and how long should I take it before I go to bed? thanks and I know it can be harmful if taken too much, so I don't need that talk hahahaha

....so I know no one is going to read this but I took the B6 (with a peanut butter and banana sandwich ) last night at about 9:40pm. I was asleep by 10:45. (I'm not for sure the time though, but I was asleep by then) I remembered one pretty long nightmare/weird dream,and I had a lucid dream too....It was vivid, but I got too exited and it slipped away. so the main thing I was wondering what time should I take it, if I go to bed around 10:30? I reach a deep REM period after about 5 hours or so, so what would be the best time to take it before I go to bed? and how many times should i take it a week...?
