Well, I just saw this thread this mourning, and my dad and aunt were going to Ross, but I said I didn't want to go.

Just when they were ready I was like 'WAIT, wait, I change my mind!!!!'. Because I wanted to look for some spray XD

Anyways, I got 'Lavender Verbena with Essential Oils'

I'll let you guys know how it goes

Ok, I sprayed it on my bed and on my pillow. I woke up my usual once of the night naturally, no success, up at about 6:00, same results.

Then I sprayed some on my chest once. Induced 1 short lucid (it was short because when I 'fade' out of reality, I still feel my real body in a dream for the first few minutes :/) and 1 very long dream, in which I gained lucitity at the end for some unknown reason. Both were much more vivid then usual .

Success! I'm going to go update my lucid count....

Hm, this is showing quite the success. I was thinking about rubbing the oil on my chest or temples or something as well.
Gonna try tonight. Getting my sleep pattern back to normal too, so should be good, although may confound results.

nice!!! you mentioned your spray had verbena, so i looked it up and check this out!! ---> "the Pawnee have adopted it as an entheogen enhancer and in oneiromancy, much like Calea zacatechichi is used in Mexico." Oneiromancy (from the Greek Oneiroi) is a form of divination based upon dreams

      and
"Verbena has long been associated with divine and other supernatural forces. It was called "tears of Isis" in Ancient Egypt, and later on "Juno's tears". In Ancient Greece, it was dedicated to Eos Erigineia. In the early Christian era, folk legend stated that Common Vervain (V. officinalis) was used to staunch Jesus' wounds after his removal from the cross. It was consequently called "Holy Herb" or (e.g. in Wales) "Devil's bane"[verification needed]."

Awesome! It looks like we all stumbled upon something by accident, aye? I'm gonna try it again for sure. This is going to be a great lucid aid

ya looks like we did! Im just about to order an electric diffuser so I can hook it to a timer and the spray will release during only my peak REM hours. I'm not sure if it will make a big difference but its easy and cheap enough to try so why not.

I finally hooked a diffuser to a timer and the results were quiet incredible.

I sprayed a little bit before bed, meditated, and used MILD.

I set the timer to start diffusing about an hour before I normally wake up.

      I skipped WBTB.

Well my dreams were fairly amazing, long, detailed, and easy to remember, i was only lucid for a short time but it was an above average lucidity with tons of awareness.

I'd say it was a success. I'll repeat and see what happens. Funny thing is I first thought to do this 15 years ago, i even wrote a paper on this idea for school, lol I dunno why it took me 15 years to actually try it.
