      b-6 and caffiene

so, last night i took b6 for the first time, before i took that i drank a cup of cofffee, then went running and right after the run took the vitamin. i had the worst night of sleep ever in my life! lol is this a bad combination? i think it might be has anyone ever been sleepless from b6? or is it just prolly the coffee or the mixture of the two

I've read that b6 can make it harder to get to sleep, but why in the world would you drink COFFEE before bed time? The coffee was probably the thing that kept you up.

well, i usually don't stay up from drinking caffiene/coffee. and i got done with work late, so i usually have a cup of coffee after supper. but i should not let myself do that. ill try b6 tonight without the coffee. im kinda scared though haha

It must have been the coffee you drunk that kept you awake and the placebo ("im kinda scared"). I think, if you don't overdose yourself with B6, you have nothing to worry

Let some feedback about the effectiveness of B6 on dream recall and vividness of your dreams.

      Very nice pdiddles
It seems you get vivid dreams with B6, thus the good dream recall. I think if you dont go to bed too tired, keep writing your DJ and you are lucky you will have a blasting LD that everyone here will be jealous of. Sooner than you might think. Good luck!

I'm finally getting some success as well, my recall is good, I've recorded atleast SOMETHING in my journal every day for almost the past month, and I've been able to consistently reach HI and near-SP in my WILD attempts. I have a feeling once I break that barrier and get a LD, I'll be LDing ALOT more
