Take melatonin before bed, then use WBTB with all the other supplements and WILD.
Om nom all the supplements right before bed and hope I DILD or DEILD.
I don't take supplements, I just dream or naturally LD without any techniques.

Settle in your seat and dim the lights
Check what is said on this site about each aid. Some do similar things, so you could (A) SAFELY double up on things that go together (i.e. Melatonin and Tryptophan both cause REM rebound), or (B) Mix one thing that does x with another that does Y. Most of the good combinations that are also safe are in the supplement repository. |
