Smile Need help on a question!

      Hey everyone.
Im sorry if this is the wrong forum : (

So last night, I think I may of had my first lucid dream.
I was dreaming and I was in a park with my family. I relised I was dreaming (I forgot how and I could move my body anywhere in first person view.
I then spun in a spot to keep the dream going.
I then made a spoon appear in my hand for some reason.
Then I saw a man ahead, he turned around and looked at me in a funny way. I got scared and ran away.
I dont think I would run away though.
      My questions are:

      1. In a lucid dream, can you have 50/50 in terms of control?
      2. Does having a lucid dream for the first time increase the chance of having another?
      3. Do you think this was a lucid dream...it felt good when I got control, or was it just a dream where I dreamt about lucid dreaming...
      Thanks alot everyone! appreciate it.

Yes, you had a Lucid Dream, congrats! Just the fact that you realized you were dreaming means it was your first LD, how much control you have after you realize is a whole other story. Some people start out with more control then others in their first few lucid dreams. The goal is to gain more and more control of your dream as you have more lucids. In my opinion, your chance of having a lucid dream will increase after having that first one, because now you know what to expect, you know how good it feels to go lucid, and maybe you know how you became lucid that first time. Again, congratulations on your first LD.. !
