Flying and trying to have sex in my first real lucid dream

I have been interested in lucid dreaming for a few years now. My first time that I realized I was in a dream was in a nightmare where I was being chased by a group of people thru a huge house and realized I was dreaming so I just jumped off of the balcony to "kill myself" and end the dream. This woke me up and when I went back to sleep the dream happened again and I jumped off the balcony again. This happened at least 3 times(maybe more). This sparked my interest big time because I knew it was possible for me to lucid dream. After that night I had a few experiences where I realized I was dreaming but woke up instantly for some reason. But... a few weeks ago I had my first ever real dream where I could just do whatever I wanted because I knew I was dreaming! It started with a nightmare that I have had before that always happens in the same location(some kind of lake house with a lighthouse i think) where my dad and I slowly die because of some poison in the air i think. I realized that I had been there before and then realized we were going to start dying soon(which I obviously did not want to happen). This made me realize I was dreaming so I slapped myself in the face and woke up in my bed. I went back to sleep and went right back to the same place but this time I was completely aware I was dreaming and knew I wasnt in any danger which immediately made me think "what do i want to do?" The first thing that popped up in my head was to fly. I looked up and just shot up into the air. When I stopped moving upward I looked straight ahead and began to fly but couldnt go very fast. I tried putting my fist straight ahead like superman and began to go incredibly fast. All I can remember thinking is how incredible it was. I then saw a very tall tower and decided I wanted to land on it. I flew up to it and did a slow frontflip onto it(I remember this VERY clearly). I then began to think what I wanted to do next and the first thing that popped up in my head was have sex! (of course haha) I looked to my right and there was a beautiful girl on top of the tower with me. I proceeded to try to undress her and have my way with her but couldnt for some reason and woke up. I know I went back to sleep after that but I dont remember anything after that. It seems I only realize im dreaming if im in a nightmare which is kinda weird i guess. Ive never went to sleep hoping for nightmares! This was the most incredible night of my life, no question about it. I hope it happens again!
