So, this morning I woke up at 9.30 which is an unusually early natural awakening for me. I decided to try some WILD for real since it is quite a long time ago I did it. My first lucid dream was a WILD, and until today it had been my only WILD. That was about to change...

I laid down on my stomach with my head turned to one side. Started breathing in and out. I got pretty relaxed, but my back started to hurt pretty badly so after around 120 breaths I stopped. I rolled over on my back, just relaxing a bit. Then weird stuff started happening: I had a pretty vivid visualization about a mix between a small marina-ish dock and the beginning of an amusement attraction with boats. I jumped into one of the small boat-things and it started swinging forth and back. I noticed it felt extremely realistic and I realized it was sleep paralysis - my entire body was shaking like crazy and I heard a very loud wind-blowing-by-ish sound... Obviously just hallucinations. But it felt really real.

I woke up. Well, it was a false awakening. I noticed that someone sat at my desk which is in front of the bed. It didn't scare me, as I instantly caught the false awakening. However, I tried to move but I was absolutely paralyzed. "Calm down, calm down. It's normal." I tried to visualize (or teleport) myself back into the boat. I could feel I was in it, it flew in the air! I could control it but it was all extremely blurry and distorted. It got all dark and I saw a blurry face in front of me... Suddenly, I found myself back in my room again. Yes, I know this may be confusing. But this is were the dream got really wierd. I tried to move again. It was really, really, REALLY hard but it forced myself slightly over on the side my legs were the easiest to move. But then I noticed that my foot was the same place as it had always been - in my bed. Yet, I could feel it on the floor, I could feel myself move my head slowly away from... myself? It wasn't scary. But it was a pretty weird feeling.

The next thing I remember was seeing my eyelids. The bloodrushing sensation faded. "Wow."

Anyone tried something similar? I'm still in doubt whether it was a dream or just SP. I mean, I was like SUPER lucid. And could the last part be compared to an OBE?

Thoughts?
